Building a 3D reconstruction of an industrial plant, or any space whatsoever, involves a site visit of our team of engineers and designers, who set reference points and collect images of places of interest before building a 3D model of the plant itself.
3D Tracking of Equipment
Tracking allows you to follow every element of interest within a virtual plant, as well as highlighting them and providing the relevant data on each, including both fixed parameters and dynamic variables that change and are updated in real time. This process is based on transparency algorithms that provide a user-friendly overview.
Connection to Industrial Databases
The system connects to industrial and administrative databases (e.g. PI, Oracle, SQL, etc.), which allows information on the elements to be centralized and easily accessed, without necessarily having to be duplicated. We provide a unified system that facilitates the users’ tasks, as well as streamlining the decision-making process.
Asset and Location Management
The system allows you to manage your assets, as their location and position are clearly identified (geo-referenced), while data can be easily accessed and is constantly updated. By building a scale model of the plant, different tools can also be used to measure and record distances, facilitating both the management and planning processes.
Pattern recognition software
The pattern and image recognition system works for different tasks, such as associating barcodes with databases, or in augmented reality programs, where a code or image triggers the appearance of certain information or a 3D animated model to provide an explanation.
Equipment recognition software
These systems are used to read equipment and dynamic surfaces, such as gauges and structural imperfections, etc. The systems work by taking dynamic measurements based on certain information that is viewed through a mobile device, e.g. reading analogue or digital meters. By just scanning a meter using a mobile device, the position of the needle can be used to calculate a value based on the scale, before being uploaded to a database.
